OT I had an interesting expeience last evening. I went to over to mow my mother's yard and while I was picking up sticks etc. I found some dried grass, when I kicked it over about 6 baby rabbits came running out of a small hole.

And one more OT spring thing, my lilac bush is blooming and it smells wonderful.

i know many have tried to use the Schrodinger's cat analogy about lost. Last weeks puts it into better focus. The cat is the island. The radioactive isotope is jughead. The cat being dead is the sunken island. The cat being alive is the island above water. The interesting thing about the cat being alive and dead at the same time is that it requires an observer. The observer may have been jacob, but now it seems like the observer is definitely desmond. The cat/island's fate is only truly known when the observer open the box. We are leading up to desmond opening the box so to speak and finding out which reality is in fact real.

i also was thinking a lot about intention and the part it plays in the timeline regarding timetravel. In dan's eloise experiment he INTENDED on teaching her the maze in one hour, so when he beemed her she was transported from that reality in the future, created by dan's intention, where she completed the maze. We know eloise died after the test and dan never taught her the maze so, his intention created an eloise that that didn't belong in his time. Thos leads me to how smokey tried to kidnap locke way back in season one. Jack and kate got the monster to leave jack alone with dynamite. I was thinking was smokey trying to take over locke's form prematurely to gain access to jacob before the whole 06 thing. If he took over locke's body before the donkey wheel timeloop was created, mib could never plant the seeds of locke's greatness with richard with the compass and telling locke he needed to die, but here is where INTENTION comes to play. If MIB intended on doing all that stuff in the future, he would have already willed it to be in the past.i.e. locke would have already traveled into the past before the timeloop was ever created. just as eloise the rat went back to the past from a future that never existed or only existed within dan's intention. So what im saying is intention to do something could make it become into being , then you could play with it and not actually have to do what you intended to do.

or the cat being alive is the island timeline and the cat being dead is the sideways, both exist at the same time until the observer opens the box
