The Last Recruit - Season 6, Episode 12

Tonight, the Locke monster's camp merges with Jack's, and alliances are forged (and broken). Evident by the motley crew in the photo above.

L.A. segments focus on Jack. Break out the tissues, it's time for some Jears!

Zoe being sent into Locke's camp by Widmore-like Claire's being sent into Dogen's camp by Locke.

Just Thinking said...

Sorry- just as I go along- Des doesn't just try to "connect" Claire- he stops her from doing something "irreversible" -giving away Aaron at the adoption agency. The whole thing about Claire from the beginning was whether she would raise Aaron. On the island MIB got her away from Aaron- here Des is keeping them together. Presumably, money in the will would allow her to keep him.

I was so hoping we'd see Sideways Desmond give Claire a gift certificate for a helicopter ride.

Just Thinking said...

Maybe after Aaron's born Memphish!

OK- what does it mean that Sayid tells Nadia everything will be OK now in the F/side, and later Jin tells Sun the same thing in the hospital? Have things really been "fixed?"

Why doesn't Claire realize that the only reason everyone left her behind on the island was because MIB lured her away from the group and took Aaron away from her?

This is an excellent point. I'm now beyond the "there wasn't time" to tell her while the smoke monster was rolling over the hole Claire was in. Somebody's gotta tell her they hunted the jungle before leaving on the helicopter.

Capcom- I too worried about the pylons! And where does David fit? He seemed to have a large role this epi... though BSwan's idea of a build up of who is mom is works too. Ilana was one of my guesses, but that's out now.

JT- re the f/sides being fixed... perhaps Des is going from being course correctED to course correctER....??? Is he the new Eloise?

Jack is in the same spot now with Locke as he was in with Ben, isn't he? Wonder what/if he remembers that will/won't sway his decision?

Now, my thought is... that given Sawyer and Kate's apparent ability to defect from camp MIB (and maybe Claires) it seems to me that the "once you let him talk to you" thing is really a fallacy.... I'm with Hurley, NOTHING is irreversible!

SG- wouldn't it be the kicker if Jack ended up being right? His thinking on doing the reverse of Flocke makes sense....but now I'm confused with Flocke saving him...and Sawyer and Co being betrayed!

I don't think Sayid killed Des- I think Des asked a brilliant question, reminding Sayid of the reason he felt unworthy of Nadia anyway.... Des recruited Sayid. THAT's the last recruit (maybe?)

I also don't know if Des meant to trigger a memory when taking Claire to the lawyers, did claire meet with lawyers upon agreeing to the original adoption? I thought so, and if so, that could trigger a memory. But as JT said, I'm thinking he was trying to slow her down and put some "outs" in place...question now is, does Des know Ilana from the island? As of now, he's not met her and she doesn't exist there alive anymore...so does he know there is a connection?

I'm with SG, Sun recognized Flocke as MIB.

Widmore is still firing onto an island where Des could be anywhere...Des is either indestructable, or Wid is taking major chances. Perhaps Locke throwing him down the EM well was enough to change the EM form that well and create a force field of sorts? (Ok I am so unscientific!)

Perhaps the sub doesn't need a bearing because underwater is safe passage at any bearing?

If Jack is a parrallel to Dogen, David may well be the price Jack pays for the Island... or, better said, the Island is the price Jack pays to save David, as Dogen did...

I don't love the anticlimactic reveals, and cheezy lines either... and in the end, I'd love some answers of those details... like the vaccine, numbers...etc... but at this point, i'm just committed to finish and hope for the best. We've been surprised before at some brilliant stuff haven't we?

Do we get a recap show in the Hiatus?
(long post again... but hey, i had 100 or so to catch up on!)

Agree Capcom the friends we have made here are wonderful and it is just a tv show.

Well said TAV.

TOL said.... Des recruited Sayid. THAT's the last recruit (maybe?)
I like that. I'm not sure I believe it, but I like it. :)

I think we're suppose to get a repeat of Ab Aeterno. I don't know if it will be enhanced or not.

Capcom said...

I agree JT, the posters weren't junk...the Apollo bars were according to those who tasted them, heheh.

Interesting TOL about Sayid being the new recruit to Desmond's side. :-)

2costa - good point about Christian on the freighter not being MIB because MIB can't cross water without a boat and physical form. That's making me lean towards thinking that MIB was lying to Jack.

bigdog said: but i am surprised that no one seemed to pick up on when she says we want "him" back.

Did she say "him"? I thought she said "it"

why didnt he just ask for jin back since they took someone first. I was wondering the same thing. In fact, I was getting really annoyed about it.

I've been enjoying this season. There have been some fantastic episodes. I agree that it would be nice to get more answers concerning the minor details, but not having them is not detracting from my enjoyment of the show.

TheOtherLisa said...

Here's another thought on Des getting Claire to the lawyers, how about the obvious.... because they were looking for her and it unveiled her relationship to Jack. Maybe its no more than that.

2costa said...

it seems to me that desmond may not only have crossed over from the 2 timelines, but he almost has an omniscient awareness of things that are going to happen as well.

good thoughts SG,TOL,cap

i agree flocke was lying to jack. so flocke has to keep his word in a bargain, but he can lie about other things, just not his bargains.

i was thinking that maybe jack's oxycoton addiction may have made him see his dad in the hospital.

the crowd was very blood thirsty to see cooper die. If it was a ruse by ben, i want to see that.

Maybe julliette will start holding up cards telling jack to kill locke in surgery,jk

no spoilers, but the cast has made it seem like the finale ties up a lot of loose ends...

Tess315 said...

I'm not sure about MIB but I think he just lies in general. I think he lied about not being able to cross the water, and Ithink he lied about wanting to lead Jack to water.

The only thing I seen MIB lead Jack to was over the side of a cliff and Locke had to save him.

Tess315 said...

Oh forgot. I heard something on the Geronimo Jack's Beard podcast that gives me hope for Sayid. Of course it doesn't take much to give me hope. :)

Beverly said...

rewatching - I just noticed that when Flocke caught up with Sayid after Sayid had his encounter with Desmond, Sayid had been looking up into the trees. I wonder what he was looking for or what he was planning to do.

Theory on who David's mohter is -- I think it's Sarah and I think she's in a wheelchair - Jack never fixed her.

if jack fixed sarah's back, at the same time that desmond was training for his sailboat race, since he told jack about the race at the stadium, then jack had only known sarah for 3 years or 4 years max in 2004. David looks to be like 14-15.

They had been apart for so long, walking onto the beach Sun looked into the distance and saw people with guns running out of the jungle. Then out of the corner of her eye, no it couldn't be, no it's too good to be true.

She started moving forward not knowing what she was doing, just hoping that it was not a mirage. they met at the sonic fence and just at that moment blood started shooting from her love's ears.

(Just my fear until I remembered the fence was off !)

Well, I loved the multi centric nature of the episode and I think it moved things on, although the rockets seem to be a bit like the DHARMA food drops !

So it's now Jack and FLocke against Widmore ? Seems more likely to me that Jack is there as a representative of the island not on one of the two warring sides.

Definitely think Sayid has been bought back from the dark side by Desmond. His answers when questioned were even more emotionless than before (if that was possible), but they didn't have the menacing edge that his previous conversations had.

Perhaps Desmond somehow showed him his XVerse life where he can see Nadia but not be with her.

SG- was it you who said Jack would have to make a huge decision and sacrifice to save the world? Well, the talk about Jack losing the relationship with David makes me afraid- will the decision be whether to fix Locke and keep his f/side world with David, or to let Locke die and save the "real" world- whatever that is?

@2C-I have a request- if you are out and about and see a spoiler like David's mother's name- please don't even write it here. I often go backwards to the last comment I read and will run into it-I skipped it by luck this time.

I'll be honest- I skip over your comments if they start to look too spoilery sometimes- even if you don't say something specific like that, how can you make up theories that don't include spoiler information if you have been gathering it here and there?

Tess315 said...

JT
I said that I thought It would be Jack's decision on what to chose. But I don't think I said he'd need to make a sacrifice. So it may have been somebody else.

When I post what I think might be a spoiler to others.(Which I haven't in a long time.) I usually go down about 10 spaces post the possible spoiler. Then go down another 5 or 10 spaces and post "end of possible spoiler" at the bottom so people who go up from the bottom will know it's there. Cause I go up from the bottom too.

i didn't put the spoiler or any names,so no worries. i just put spoiler up because my reaction might be construed as a spoiler. I have no evidence anything is true anyway, it was from some forum

i dont think that this weeks episode would have built up the anticipation of who david's mom, if it was ho hum or predictable. this is lost people

2costa said...

i'm really unspoiled, except that one thing and i didn't seek it out, just because i think something will happen doesn't mean it will. Look i was talking about dave a while ago nothing came of it,yet. I don't consider stuff from way old podcasts as spoilery, such as tptb saying dave will be explained one day. I don't even discuss stuff from the clips from next week even though those are not spoilers.

in previous seasons i looked at spoilers and it really ruined a lot of the suspense for me so i dont do it.

2costa said...

theres no way in the world what i wrote above with the spoiler tag would give anyone the answer of what the heck i was talking about, or really any clue, i was being overly cautious. Saying what i put was a spoiler is like saying someone's comment about knpowing the name of the episode, but not telling what it is, was a spoiler. my e-mail is costaa74@msn.com i highly doubt anyone could even guess what i was talking about

ive been saying since they showed jack had a kid that sarah and jack had only known each other for less than five years in 2004, you do the math

I was wondering why Sayid was looking up into the trees too. I thought maybe he hid Desmond up there. I know silly. It was just a fleeting thought.
My sister had a good thought. She thought maybe he was looking for a vine to throw down to Desmond to get him out of the well.

2costa has been posting here long enough to know what is and isn't a spoiler. He was being cautious and considerate. I skipped his post just to be safe.

The prceedure he used has been accepted here for quite awhile. Although I would suggest an ending tag a little ways down also. For people who scroll up from the bottom.

2costa has been a part of this community for awhile and I would appreciate it if you would lighten up on him a little.

Amy Lynn said...

@SG, sorry, something about 2costa bugs me. Maybe it's the refusal to use capital letters. It makes most of his posts unreadable.

Tess315 said...

If his posts bother you that much maybe you should skip them altoghter. Then there wouldn't be any cause for disagreements.
Thanks for understanding.

Amy Lynn said...

@SG, I try to.

2costa said...

Please do skip my post's amy lynn. I don't give you enough power to bug me, if not having caps makes something unreadable to you, I think there are medicine's for that or learning strategies that might help. I think I bug her because of her baseless theory that the missing pieces are not cannon for the show even though Carlton Cuse said they were. I have been posting here for like 4 or 5 years.

Sayid's girl I will put an ending thing too,if i have anything remotely spoilery to say, sorry about that.

The only reason I brought up the missing pieces is because the one with Christian and Vincent was pertinent to "the last recruit". Although not necessary to understand the show the handful of non-show cannon things do help illuminate the greater mythology of the show.

2costa said...

As I predicted AmyLynn, not one person posted in agreement with you about, if the missing pieces were canon or not!

Amy Lynn said...

@2costa, I think it's because most people skip your posts.

2costa said...

i dont think flocke will have to tell him about his kid, either the surgery with locke in the sideways or the explosion on the island will make him bleed through.

Amy Lynn said...

@2costa, more people would read your posts if you used proper grammar, punctuation, capital letters, and also if you put all your thoughts in one post instead of 30 in a row.

2costa said...

i also like the idea that the island didn't give locke the ability to walk again. going to the island set the event's that would create the sideways into effect, which retroactively let him walk again. Strsying from the path that created the sideways, is what took his legs away on the island in season one.

if jacob could heal locke's leg's wouldn't his touch have done that?

2costa said...

if only you had the power to skip them AMY LYNN, if only...

Amy Lynn said...

Who do I ask about banning 2costa's nonsense?

Capcom said...

That's not true, we have enjoyed 2costa's posts for a long time. Sometimes they've been hard to read, but when we've asked him to adjust his style to make it easier to read, he complies.

Let's just all be nice, m'kay? We like to bounce crazy ideas off of one another here, regardless of whether we agree or not, and the iffy facts we leave to a peaceful stalemate. But arguing about things that don't really matter and making mean comments to each other about opinions is a DCAAPB thing, not a TLC thing. Better just to ignore whomever doesn't float one's boat. Life is just too short to be mean to each other. Our original admin David meant for TLC to be a friendly place where no one has to be afraid of posting their ideas for fear of ridicule. JMHO :-o

Amy Lynn said...

@Capcom, the atmosphere at DCAAPB was much nicer than here, LOL. But yes, I will lay off the kid, although he hasn't adjusted his grammar at all.

bigdog said...

lostit - the way i heard it Zoe said "it" all the way up until she was walking away and said we want him back. i have not rewatched so its possible i was wrong.

SG - that would be funny if des was hiding in a tree. if he didnt kill des(dont think he did) he is playing it cool.

i am a sawyer guy, but i have to say i was a little surprised he kicked jack off the boat. and i am starting to get a little worried that he will not get that coffee with juliet, but somehow end up with Kate.

Capcom said...

Well, our admins here have never had to censor people's comments and/or restrict anonymous posts like Zort had to for DCAAPB. That's the unfortunate behavior that I'm referring to.

What really makes me sad is that we don't know each other's physical capabilities at all, and by making fun of someone's mistakes, education, intelligence, or whatnot, we could unknowingly be making fun of someone's handicaps or setbacks, which would be very intolerant and insensitive, and we just try not to do that here so that everyone is welcome irrespective of their intellectual capabilites or finesse. Sigh.

Amy Lynn said...

@Capcom, fair enough.

Capcom said...

I was concerned about Sawyer's behavior in this ep too, Bigdog.

Maybe Des WAS up the tree, maybe once you "go dark" you can turn into Smokey, and so Sayid did and put Des up in the tree for safety. And that's my craptastic theory for the week. :o)

I feel like I just walked into the middle of something.

Well, that was an interesting episode. I think from the time Sawyer decided to kick Jack off 'his' boat, the lines were almost a mirror of the episode where Sawyer jumped off the helicopter. . .

'cept, instead of Juliet waiting with a bottle of rum. . .Jack get's Locke waiting with a big ole box of kick@$$. Well, not exactly.

Poor ole Jack - he never catches a break does he?

And Sawyer is one heckuva cop isn't he? He's caught Kate and Sayid in the same day. I would hate to be a criminal on his beat. ;)

Hilarious 2c!

Lostit and SG- I can go Des is hiding in the trees!Re: Sarah being David's mom... even if the original timeline doesn't fit, perhaps the xverse is slightly different? Could Sara be Jack's "first" surgery (the one with the dural sac and his father?) I'm wondering now if it's Ana Lucia... and she didn't loose her baby in the shooting?

2010-I missed that Claire could also be the final recruit. I was betting on Sayid. I'm still thinking that they could be it vs. the obvious Jack.

Here's a possible spin on who MIB has been--- he's admitted to being Christian, perhaps that's true. But how about this: in addition to the people we've thought of what if, he's also been in recent eps... Michael, Alpert's wife, Jacob himself as he's appeared to Hurley? He appears as dead people, right? What if he's manipulating Hurley as he manipulated Alpert and the true Locke during the flashes?

Ellen, what does it mean when you stop in and say "email?" (Sorry, not tech savie!) Happy Belated of course.

And, finally a question... do we think that Sawyer will vindicate Kate b/c he'll find her innocent somehow....OR....will her take on him wanting to keep Australia a secret, be her ticket to blackmail him to letting her run again?

My apologies again for being long in posting...

bigdog - you're right. I noticed during a rewatch that she said "Call when we can pick him up" after tossing the phone to Locke just before she walked away.

TOL -I hadn't thought about Ana Lucia. I had forgotten about her having been pregnant. That's a definite possibility.

Capcom said...

Like Dawn on Buffy! X-D Hey, that was totally shenanigans back then. But it could happen on Lost too, betcha. It would be funny if Mrs. Jack was AnaL. That makes me want to go back and check out her house screencaps for any tough-girl stuff. She wouldn't have girly Juliet things I reckon.

2costa said...

for it to be sarah, there would have to be some serious course correcting for sure. We know it's not kate, charlotte, or claire, until last week i was thinking maybe it was illanna. I'm voting for rose or hawkings as david's mother

I'll answer your email question you had for Ellen.
She follows the blog comments in her email.
There's a box to tick below the comments box to have the comments sent to your email but you have to make a post when you tick the box. So Ellen just says email.

I may be wrong but I don't think Jacob or Richard's wife either one were MIB. I think they were just ghosts that Hurley could talk too.

2costa said...

i also dont think mib is so stupid as to not know that sawyer was going to ditch him. It is all part of his plan. He needed everyone to leave so that jack would suddenly think it was a good idea to stay. Ya maybe smokey is afraid of what happens if you stay, more likely he's just trying to kill all of you. Until this week i thought he was going to have sayid kill everyone else, but now it's looking like jack, since mib can't kill the candidates.

2costa said...

i agree SG, mib's weirdness to richard about isabelle, makes me think she was really her ghost. If that's true, i wonder if she was leading richard on with the whole el diablo act for jacob. I think nadia is an agent of jacob, why else would she assure charlie he was such a hero in england.

Amy Lynn said...

My boyfriend just postulated that LOST is going to end with Jack Shepard as a big baby starchild looking at the island from outer space. =O

2costa said...

smokey knows widmore's bombs cant hurt him, yet he went to the beach because he wanted jack to get hit. Jack bleeding over to the sideways is pivital to flockes plan.

all of widmore and flocke's talk about being ahead of schedule makes me think this played out before, but this time some variables have changed things, ala hawkings"for the first time in a long time. i don't know what's next".

it weird to me that some people were on 815 in lost 1.0 like libby and shannon, but other's like desmond were only on in the sideway's. Artz has to be on borrowed time in the sideways, he has been alive way longer then on the island.

Beverly said...

MIB couldn't have been Isabella or Michael because he's stuck in Locke's form now. He cannot take the form of another dead person according to Ilana. Those spirits appeared to Hurley after Ilana said that, so...

Rose can't be David's mother. Jack was talking to her on the plane and didn't appear to have a prior relationship with her.

2costa said...

i meant isabelle in the 1800's, where mib i guess could have become her, but i think he needs the body on the island as well. I think that isabelle was a ghost both times, richard could just see her because he had been starving and halucinating. Just like boone saw the real smokey monster when locke put that paste on his head. Just like jack could see his dad on all the oxycotton. they have shown drugs can act like near death experiences as far as communing with the other side. I wonder what was going on with claire telling kete"not to bring him back", when kate was an 06.

i was jk about rose btw. maybe the mom is nikki , shannon, or ana lucia

She appears to be a fairly calm sensible person - based on Jack's end of their phone call. But one willing to keeping people's secrets (the piano lessons). Not someone given to ostentation (modest house in the burbs). She either likes rabbits or she was not so angry at Jack when they split that she got rid of his rabbit door stop on the front porch. She couldn't live with Jack.

If it weren't for the age discrepancy - I'd say it was Kate. Is there another character that's fairly Kate-like - but a little older?

Amy Lynn said...

@lost2010, what's the age difference between Jack and Kate? I didn't think it was more than four or five years.

lost2010 said...

I just meant that if Kate is say - 30 years old.

And David's 15.

That would mean Kate had David when she was 15.

And Jack doesn't seem like the type even at 20 to mess with a 15 year old.

But I suppose if she looked really mature for her age and Jack was really wasted - anything is possible.

;)

Amy Lynn said...

@lost2010, oh, right yes. Thanks for the clarification.

lost2010 said...

I always thought that Kate was even younger than 30 when the show started though. Doesn't she tell her mother that she's 22 at the diner? And she's been on the run for 4 years. .. .so that makes her around 26.

And that would make it really really hard for her to have a 15 year old son unless there's some sort of time-folding at play there.

2costa said...

Well I don't think it would be Kate, because Kate is on the run and David's mother doesn't seem to be on the run. Also jack saw Kate at the airport.

maybe jack's little men timeflashed to 1955 and Eloise is the mom. Then David flashed to the 1990's

There are still lots of island people that haven't shown up in the sideway's. Keamy said Mikhail was Danny's friend. That could be Danielle Rousseau or Danny Picket, so maybe Colleen is the mom or Harper.

2costa said...

I wonder if jacobism is like bokonism from cat's cradle. Jacob is bokonon.

The foundation of Bokononism is that all religion, including Bokononism and all its texts, is formed entirely of lies; however, if you believe and adhere to these lies, you will at least have peace of mind, and perhaps live a good life.

Maybe icenine will freeze the island.lol

lost2010 said...

2c - Okay, you lost me there. I've never even heard of Bokonism so I'll have to take your word for it. :) And to further reveal my ignorance, Is Cat's Cradle a book, a movie, or a song?

I'm still thinking Juliet is the most likely candidate for David's mother.

They're all headed for the hospital it would seem and Jack has David and he had meant to drop him off. . .but if the surgery runs long, whose to say David's mother won't have to come pick him up?

And if Juliet can't have coffee with Sawyer. . .maybe she can at least have coffee with Jack. . .Jack's come a long way this season, he deserves a good woman. ;)

Amy Lynn said...

I think it's probably Juliet, too. We haven't seen Elizabeth Mitchell all season, and it's about time.

Tess315 said...

If she has time to get away from V I think it could be Juliet too.

julliette may even be the doctor for sun's baby or claire's.

lost 2010 cat's cradle is a book by kurt vonnegut. It's by far one his best books and it's a really short easy read. Bokonism is the official religion of this island that the main character goes to. Bokonon is a calypso singer that made up this religion. The followers rub their feet together like it is sex. The island is where icenine was released to destroy the rest of the world.

Thanks 2c. If I ever finish Atlas Shrugged, I'll have to check it out. Atlas Shrugged is a good book - but somehow, I've bought a version that has tiny little type that my poor eyes struggle with so I can't read too much at a time.

Yes, medical school would seem like the perfect time for Jack and Juliet to have met. I suppose in that scenario, Jack would have been her first husband instead of Edmund Burke. So, instead of getting an inferiority complex and her research stolen out of her first marriage. She got a pretty great son.

That would be much nicer.

2costa said...

i guess jack could have also have met harper stanhope in medical school under that resoning.

Maybe cassidy is the mom

2costa said...

just trying to cycle through the possibilities.

2costa said...

In lieu of reading the book, I would just read the wiki if you have no time for the book.

My brother got his first union acting gig yesterday on Kimmel, he appears at the 4:07 mark, in the Obama sketch. He is the younger of the three wall street executives.

Morning Locos. :-)

LOL Amy about the starchild. Matter of fact, I'm feeling almost as dumbfounded at this point in Lost as I did during the last 1/4 of 2001:ASO.....almost. :-B

Hmmm, then according to Bokonism, it is itself a lie, heheh. Kind of like Mrs.H's ouroborus, turning on, and cancelling out, itself.

Congrats to your brother 2C.

Congrats to your brother 2c.

capcom - If you managed to hang with the first 3/4 of 2001 ASO, then you did a lot better than me.

i will not hear any of this juliet is Jacks baby mama...LOL
that is James Lafleur girl and they will have that coffee and be happy dammit.

by the way another thing it just sounds weitd when Jack calls sawyer james

2costa said...

that would be quite a "70's key party" situation between jate and sulliette.

lost2010 said...

Oh darn it. I almost spoiled V for you if anyone at all is watching it.

I was just thinking that it's interesting that in Lost, Jack has a son that we don't know the mother of. . .

Capcom said...

Yes, that is a coincidence, isn't it Lost2010? Criss-cross? :-o

TheOtherLisa said...

Lost 2010, thanks, you are right I forgot about MIB being "stuck" in Locke's form, so he couldn't be Isabelle or Michael.

2c- you could be right, it could be MIBs plan all along that Sawyer would walk right into Widmore's trap... and he'd get Jack back... Good catch, I forgot about Nadia assuring Charlie that he was a hero....

So we're thinking Jack had David at a very early 20 something?

2010- though I loved Rand in my early days, I gave into the Audio Version of Atlas Shrugged. (Make sure you read Anthem!)

Congrats to your brother 2costa.

Thanks for not spoiling V. I'm usually here blogging during V and real life has prevented my from catching up. I'm 2 weeks behind.

lol bigdog
I really liked James LaFleur and Juliet too.

Beth and Jorge just posted that LOST has officially wrapped.

Damon tweeted:

"We wrapped the Pilot on my birthday. Bender called at 6 AM to say the finale is completed exactly six years later. The circle closes."

Now- didn't I read once that the original name for Lost was "The Circle?" Anyone else heard that?

Tess315 said...

JT
Yes.

2costa said...

thanks for all the kind words

2costa said...

just like smokey knocked bram out of the ash circle, what would stop flocke from throwing a couple grenades at the hydra sonic fence and waltzing in ?

2costa said...

Digging a hole in the sand would work too, since he's bullet proof, i cant see them stopping that. The rocket attacks were silly too, did they honestly think it would harm him or was it to kill his followers. Locke went right to the beach, where they could visually target him from hydra island, why? I'm pretty sure he wanted to be in a position to save jack and convince him that widmore is the bad guy.

Just Thinking said...

Very fitting 2c that your brother got on JKL- Jimmy is such a big Lost fan. Does your brother follow the show? Is the sketch on you tube?

I also think the Hydra sonic fence looks flimsy. And too- how much can it enclose-how much could they bring? How could you fit massive amounts of the pylons on a small sub- where every inch is put to use? I toured an old sub last summer-you can hardly turn around in them.

They may have just not thought through how practical a portable fence was.

it's at the 4:07 mark

he's not the biggest fan of lost, he likes it but says he doesn't have time for a new show. he has a small part, but it's significant because it gets him in the union.

i think breaking bad is my second favorite show after lost atm.

But is V new. . .that's the question. ;)

V is new and airs in . . .

Now where's that countdown clock when you need it?

maven said...

Glee is new, too! :)

Very entertaining, Amy Lynn!

Just Thinking said...

Must be a lot of fun to see your words produced AL- enjoyed that a lot. Is BC/EFA a school?

Happy redo day. I was watching the Jacob/Richard fight last night actually, and the whole episode seems more straightforward now. Richard starts talking about his dead wife being around and immediately Jacob says did you see a man dressed in black?- i.e. MIB is taking Isabella's form. Don't know how he could do it without her body- unless her cross somehow was enough along with the scan of Richard.

Does anyone know whatever happened to Jay and Jack's contest? They were supposed to put up the finalists more than a week ago, and voting ends next week.

Happy Lost-lite Day.
It is one of my favorite episodes this season though,so I don't mind.
We might even learn something new,if it's enhanced.
Amy Lynn;
keep up the good work.

And for those of you, who like your comments bottoms up......

Happy Lost-lite Day.

Sigh...I didn't remember til now, it is a hiatus week. ;-( How short my memory is...how disappointing. Guess its NCIS in realtime

TheOtherLisa said...

Seriously...after tonight, just 3 eps.
Ok, the rock i've been under just slid a little to the right and I caught a glimpse of reality.

TheOtherLisa said...

2c- just for posterity if you ever read this- you were exactly right (per the popups) that we were to take all of Luke 4 beginning with the temptations... to your credit, you turned this epi around for me!

The stupid pop-ups said that the Black Rock set sail in 1845 when in the very same episode, it was said to be 1867.
