As a general rule, once an episode has aired on the East coast, it is fair game. Same goes for the promo that airs at the end of the episode. Any other promos, sneak peeks, etc. ARE considered spoilers, as are any outside content (magazines, web site, etc.) that discuss upcoming episodes, casting news and behind the scenes info. If you see a spoiler on another site, you are welcome to post a link to that site, with a note that it contains a spoiler - that way, if anyone wants to check it out, they can.

I think watching four minutes of the beginning of the premiere would probably kill me. I'd just want more. lol
I got my new EW magazine today and I was so excited that the cover was Lost. Then I flip to the article and there's a big purple spoiler alert symbol right at the top so I had to put it away. Okay, technically I read one eensy teensy spoilery sort of thing under one of the pictures.
But that hardly counts at all. ;)
I thought it was very telling from that NPR interview that Carlton said he used to work at a movie theater and see movies on his break at whatever point it was playing. So he would start in the middle and work his way back- sound familiar?
For anyone interested that wasn't following Twitter last night... our friends had a great time by the look of it at Jopinionated's LOST gathering. Jeff Fahey showed up which is pretty cool.

Just a quick Aloha from the island! All I'm saying is OMG, WOW and Awesome! The rains held out until after the showing....Damon's prayers were answered. What an amazing experience today...sharing it with so many great Lost friends. Even hubby loved it! Tomorrow is the Lost location tour!

Talk about temptation. I could have watched the premier along with all our Hawaii friends but resisted.
There was a guy live streaming it from his hotel window. It's on his ustream page still and he posted on his blog page.
I did watch the red carpet stuff. Seen the limos pull up and the csat being in interviewed on the red carpet. Watched the promo before the main event then closed the window. I am glad to see that Flash Forward is coming back. I wasn't to sure about that.
I watched some red carpet stuff but that's all too SG. I have the EW magazine now, and hubby says there isn't much in it we don't know- the big non spoiler is that Richard doesn't wear eye liner. I already got that from the DVD extra's and Comic con- so I'm all set there-:)
Will wait till after Tuesday to read the article still. And no Lost Google searches for sure!
It's a good thing they're all off enjoying Hawaii because I'd probably be pestering them with pm's going, "Don't tell me what happens, but knowing what you know about what I like and don't like about Lost. . .will I like it?"

Frantic rewatch! I will say, that Josh and Evie hold up very well seen again. Sawyer does just fine even with shirt on, and Kate is far less annoying when you know more what to expect from her.

I'm watching the Columbus news an ABC affiliate. They just had a blurb. Next the actors of Lost talk about what to expect from the final season of Lost. ahh lol
I've given up trying to avoid anything. Even in the UK it's everywhere and frankly, anything I've seen just makes me more and more excited. Somehow though I shall have to resist the temptation to read what you guys are saying for the 24 hours it takes before I can have a DL and watch it.

I would never post a spoiler. I don't think anyone else here would either. We may talk of their existance and maybe post a link to them. But we'd never actually talk about them.

I'm 100% spoiler free too. Except for 2 small things. The title of the first episode. And what I seen in the video you took during the poster reveal. Which isn't a big deal because I have no idea what that's about.

I REALLY hope they crack down on the Aloha Bruce guy who ran the tour, tough, and then sat in his hotel room and filmed. What a loser.

Sayid'sgirl, I sooo know that you guys won't post any spoilers pre Tuesday evening. That's not my problem. My problem is that I'm in the UK so I'll need to DL it on Wednesday morning ready to watch on my return home from work Wed night. I need to resist the temptation to nip over here in that 24 hours after you get it in the US and I get to see it!
Does anyone have any suggestions for podcasts to listen to this week after the episodes air? I like Jay and Jack, really dislike ODI, SL-LOST and DocArzt. (In short, I like podcasts that seem produced, where there's not a lot of "Oh, um, okay, who wants to talk next?")

My Hubby is out of the country, so he won't be a problem, but that leaves me with a 10-year-old and 3 animals. I've been telling my son since Saturday, "Look, you've just got to put yourself to bed and leave Mommy alone." We'll see how that works out. And of course, I'm also recording it on not 1 but 2 DVRs.

Takes a Village- yep, I was able to finish all the LU courses and stay on the "List". LU was fun- only thing that didn't work for me was the Arabic/Latin audio. I kind of wanted to hear the Arabic cause I have family connections that have taught me some- but Oh well. I wish I knew what graduation is about- I am going to be away from blu ray Feb 12th I think- again- oh well.

Hi all-buried in work paper- but very excited. Still rewatching! Hmm dead bodies- S5- Miles can't communicate unless he has the body there-cremation is a no go. Jacob in the fire- preventing further instructions? But Hurley doesn't need bodies- Though he seems to mostly talk to those he knows already. Have to think quick!
I think we can't think too hard about Miles because the first time we see him there's clearly not a body in Grandma's house, but he does communicate. I think they may have evolved Miles into needing a body later.
