The Lost Community Podcast gets rave reviews for how it sounds. Now look at how horrible it actually looks as Hosts David A Dein and Steve "The Goog" Guglich present the worst Video Podcast Ever. I found a website that tracks the number of times Michael says "Waaalt" in each episode:

Dennis, that site is hilarious. Definitely good for a post-Turkey day giggle. Looking forward to watching the vidcast, but feel compelled to get the laundry, etc. done from being out of town first.

Good morning all! It's getting easier and easier to be in the Top Ten! LOL

I thought the videocast was great...love seeing you guys in "person". Come on...it's not the worst! What do you expect from a low-budget production? It's definitely very down-to-earth! With not much to discuss, it did tend to ramble a little, though, guys. Hopefully, with the next edition in which you'll be Jack-centric, the theme will help you focus.

Also, Dark Angel mentioned on the videocast about TLCM and my idea for a charity auction quilt project for Breast Cancer. If anyone wants to contribute a block that is LOST related somehow, we'll try to put it together into a quilt to be auctioned off. If you can do a drawing I can print it on fabric. Or if you're "crafty" and can construct a block about 8" by 8" and send it to us, that would be great. If you're really crafty, you can appliqué some LOST scene. Or, if you're not artistic, you can donate material or batting. You can get in touch with me at: maven1908@yahoo.com

Hi All!

Dennis, you Linkmeister you, that's a great site! :-D

Great vidcast guys! Yes, I do want a smorgasbord of answers! :o) And that's a good word for it, since Lost/TLE/THF is Nordic-related.

On the subject of Jumping The Shark, I think that JTS doesn't have to mean that the show is over. A show or story can have JTS singular events, that are not the end of the show but just major "D'OH!" moments where something that is arbitrarily thrown into the show is super corny or (as possibly in the case of the Bleeper Twins?) seems to be of no importance whatsoever and/or is merely ratings related.

The only improvement I can think of for the vidcast, is that you should have a big poster of an island scene behind you. And maybe you could wear some Hawaiian shirts or lab coats. :o) And to sit at a desk, like someone mentioned on the previous thread. Otherwise great work guys, it's not the worst vidcast ever by any means!!!!

By it's very definition Jumping the Shark does mean that the show has reached it's creative Zenith...

to quote Wikipedia.....

Jumping the shark is a metaphor that was originally used to denote the tipping point at which a TV series is deemed to have passed its peak, or has introduced plot twists that are illogical in terms of everything that has preceded them. Once a show has "jumped the shark", fans sense a noticeable decline in quality or feel the show has undergone too many changes to retain its original charm.

....and by it's definition Lost has not JUMPED THE SHARK! It's still creative, still compelling, and still even during a bad episode, LOST is still leaps and bound above almost everthing else on Television.

WORD!!!

CattyGirl said...

I agree Passafist. Hopefully Lost will never 'Jump the shark' and I can only hope that one day I will stop hearing that phrase because it really annoys the heck out of me.

Cam794 said...

Just to be really catty: Did you see the picture in People magazine this week (with TomKat on the cover) of Evangeline Lily in a bikini holding a surfboard? That lady has absolutely NO hips! It's not fair! LOL

Capcom said...

I agree Passafist, Lost has nowhere near gone passed it's peak! :o) I think that it would be even too soon to say that Lost had peaked yet. At least I hope that we have more to good things to come on the show so that in the future it will do that. I would like to see it peak in the last ep of the last season, actually. Unless they do JTS somewhere down the line, I don't think that there's any way that TPTB can give us an finale that will not leave us wanting more and missing it, in the end.

Some people do use the shark jumping term as -- or the term has also morphed into meaing -- a singular event on the show that is not up to the previous standards of the show to that point. And just because a show might exhibit a JTS moment with an occasional mistake every so often, it does not mean that it's gone down the tubes completely by any means. People use the term either as an absolute as you described, or as an expression of a momentary glitch.

You are absolutely correct in your assessment of when and how the X-Files jumped. :o(

Capcom said...

BTW, I was thinking about TLE this weekend, and it ocurred to me that obviously, the Others do not subscribe to the whole "Namaste" greeting thing, even with each other. ((They seem to let their fists do their greetings now)) :-D Either because they are not Dharma-ites, or they are but have abandoned the practice and the old hippie ways. Sorry if someone has mentioned this already.

Hi Guys,

GREAT video cast guys - really enjoyed it. How about a Christmas Video cast - we could all send in Christmas videos.

One point I'd like to pick up from the Podcast is the whole silly idea that people have that us non-Christians are offended by Christmas. D'oh - I mean, If it was Kill all non believers day then yes you might be a bit upset but hey you get food and presents how could any one be offended at worst apathetic. Anyway Christmas is as much pagan as Christian. The present giving comes from the Roman festifal of Saturnalia, the date is the traditional birthday of Zeus, the Christmas Tree comes from German tree worship, Santa Claus is mix of a Christian Saint and a Shaman God (hence the Reindeers) and so it goes on. It was actually the Puitans under Cromwell (when we had our 11 year Republic) that banned Christmas as non-Christian!

On the topic of the video cast I have to apologise for the brevity of my section. The quality of the interview I did was just too low (In audio terms) to be used and also I had done some stuff for what was going to be a spoof podcast that out of context didn't make much sense so David did an excellent edit job!

I'm looking forward to the Jackcast, I'm already planning some stuff on that.

Capcom good point on the 'Namaste' thing, I imagine if they are Dharmaites using Namaste year after year could Really start to grate.

minnesotawriter said...

Lost certainly hasn't JTS but it has certainly FATS (floated above the shark), as Sawyer did so over the Dharma shark way back when...HA.

Interesting factoids about Christmas there Dark Angel.

Chris Procter said...

Hi Minnesotawriter

I have a great book called Stations of The Sun by Ronald Hutton that explores the history and origins of all our modern festivals and holidays, most are a mixture of pre-Christian festivals and Christianity.

On the Jumping the Shark thing, I must admit when I first heard the phrase in conjunction with Lost I had to look it up - clearly an Americanim. However I think that Lost by its nature has to evolve and push at the boundaries otherwise it's just Lord of the Flies (the original book and film not the terrible remake)with adults.

FYSB said...

I don't think there will be any one event that constitutes Lost JTS since there are SOOO many weird things we've encountered. I think that when the series is over and IF (I'm saying IF, not WHEN) it doesn't live up to its potential, we'll look back and track a series of moments that combined become a JTS.

Since Lost is always so out there, they'll have to come up with a new term for how Lost hurts itself....maybe something around "attacking a polar bear on a tropical island with a flaming can of dharma white rain hair spray".

I love when Lost pushes boundaries, but I have to say that lately it seems more like the writers are running through a flea market and just picking up things at random and throwing them at us and saying "trust me, this will all make sense...so just take this four toed statue and these two mummified corpses in this cave and these black and white stones and this old pirate ship and these fake beards and this brand new island and this guy with the eye patch and these college ruled notebooks and oh, you're gonna need a bigger cart for all these random mysteries cuz there's a whole other aisle of nigerian drug madonnas we've got to sort through. but in a couple of years we are going to put all this together into one heck of a macgyver machine and you will be amazed"

Now don't go throwing rotten dharma veggies at me. I'm really hoping to be blown away this spring.

And capcom, i think that's a very telling observation about the others and namaste.

maven said...

Hi, FYSB: Yes, I agree with you. LOST has definitely pushed the envelope and doesn't really fit into any formula for TV dramas. And most of us have gone along for this weird, strange, fascinating ride. Some say when we don't get any answers to our questions, the show is failing. But I say it's what keeps us coming back for more. You're either hooked or your not.

Capcom: That was a good point about the namaste point-of-view! I think when the original DI scientists saw the Orientation film (Sri Lanka video for us TLE-ers) namaste was a benevolent salutation and way of life. Probably, over the years on the island, where survival of the fittest rules, that benevolency got slightly convoluted. Whenever, Thomas Werner Mittelwerk said "namaste" it was pretty creepy!

rubygreeneyes said...

fysb: so just take this four toed statue and these two mummified corpses in this cave and these black and white stones and this old pirate ship and these fake beards and this brand new island and this guy with the eye patch and these college ruled notebooks and oh, you're gonna need a bigger cart for all these random mysteries cuz there's a whole other aisle of nigerian drug madonnas we've got to sort through.

That was bleeping hilarious.

memphish said...

fysb - good comments. I've been thinking about Season 3 and it's not really the weird polar bear/smoke monster/shark and bear cages that I'm less than ecstatic about. It's the fact that to me Season 3 feels dumbed down.

For example, we had plenty of action and adventure in Season 1, but without resorting to putting Kate in skimpy clothes (not to mention the a** shot), or to gratuitous sex scenes (such as the one planned for N**** and P**** and thankfully cut), or to repeated scenes of Sawyer getting the snot beat out of him. Further, whoever's been writing for the characters at the beach, and not just the bleep twins, it's been pretty atrocious. ("Gee, I feel stupid."--Locke) And the way they've been spoon feeding Easter Eggs like the Geronimo Jackson t-shirt annoys me as well.

Don't get me wrong. There are things I've loved, like the first 5 minutes, the 2 island reveal, and how bad a** Jack's gotten the last few episodes, but the truth is, 3 weeks into hiatus land, I haven't rewatched a single episode off my DVR, and don't really anticipate rewatching before February. I feel like those 6 episodes were spinning my wheels. I'm ready for whatever's next, but it feels like I could pick up at the end of the Season 2 finale and be in the same place come Feb. 7th.

Capcom said...

Hi Friends.

Thanks Dark Angel for your thoughtful words about Christmas celebraters and non-celebraters, that is very nice. But in the US, if we worry about non-Christians getting upset, it's because a faction of our politics has done their level best to pound it down our ear canals and into our brains that everyone who is not religious is offended by the terms Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukka, etc. Case in point: the news today over the worry that people who go to the Christkinder (sp?) Market in Chicago today, might be offended by the Christ's birthday aspect of the festival. I guess that some folks are too dumb to realize that if they don't like the title of something, that they won't like the content????? Go figure. Passafist is right, the term "holidays" should be more offensive. :-)

You are right about the Christmas traditions DA, when Christianity started to spread across Europe, the people wanted to keep their former pre-Christian seasonal traditions that were so ingrained into their everyday lives. So the meanings were changed to represent the Christian meanings instead.

Fizzbee, you slay me once again! :-D "Sprayed the Polar Bear" indeed!!! (kind of like "scr*wed-the-pooch") That bear-spraying was a bone of contention with you too, if I recall correctly. :o) And I agree with what you said about the truckload of weird stuff TPTB have asked us to trust them on. I too hope that some things start to gel sooner than later, but I'll even take later. After all, that's the fun of a story....LEARNING the story. TPTB should really take it as a compliment that we cannot wait to find out what all this stuff means to the story, because they have made it so fascinating along the way. I am *starting* to put some faith in TPTB system, since Steven King is so close to them and likes the show so much. I think he'll really get P.O.'d at them if they blow it. And one can only hope that if the story starts to get away from TPTB, that they might inlist King's help in bringing it all together, if that would be necessary. Who knows. Just thinkin'. Worst-case scenario only.

Good point Maven about the benevolent aspect of the greeting and the DI. Seems the Others have thrown that by the wayside about now -- if the Others are DI, that is. And yes, when TWM said namaste, it sounded like, "Namaste, now get out of my way while I go get my blood changed so I don't die like you're going to!".

You guys are so great to chat with! :o)

Capcom said...

Memphish, ditto completely. Especially the middle paragraph. :o(

Capcom said...

Oops, Minnesota your FATS thing was great too!

FYSB said...

Memphish, I forgot about Kate as Daisy Duke. Yeah, I could have lived without that. And I'm VERY happy I did not have to sit through Ken and Barbie doing the wild thing. /shudders/

Thanks for bringing up SK, capcom. He knows a good story, that's for sure and The Stand has been one of my favorites for years.

Speaking of X-Files (from way up thread), does anyone recall the X-File episode when they were trying to solve some murder in Circus Freak Town? And it turned out one of the Freaks had a little twin freak that lived attached to the big freak's body and would sneak out at night and do bad things? I'm just saying Jack may want to keep a closer eye on Benry's tumor, if you know what I mean.

Capcom said...

Ew, FSBY! That would be weird! In fact, that would probably fit into the story quite nicely, along with all the other weird things. A sneaky-killer-removable-conjoined-twin might explain some of the mysteries that have been happening. :-D

That was a good stand-alone Files ep, for sure.

Can they not get your white count back up with the usual shots? Maybe your son should wipe down the laptop with some antiseptic wipes too before you use it, just to be sure. Be careful. Things that are touched and handled by people are your worst enemies at this point.

Jack Flashbacks

I have compiled the first two Jack flashbacks. I will try to get some more done tonight and this weekend now that I got the hang of it (Adobe Premiere is a little daunting!). The audio gets a little out-of-sync at the end of #2, so I'll try to re-do it when the rest are done.

When they are all done, I'd like to compile them all together into chronological order.

01 - Pilot - Airplane scene with Rose
02 - The White Rabbit - Jack gets beat up as a boy; Looks for his father in Australia

Morning!

Hi LoCos! Hope that everyone is well. Especially you TLCM. XO

Food for thought. With all the talk about whether Desmond might have had precog abilities before the Failsafe blast and just didn't know it or show it, if that is true it could be interesting. Perhaps that could have had something to do with why he spent time in the brig and received the dishonorable discharge. That is, if he foresaw a negative result of something that he was asked to do, and then refused to do it, that could have been his problem. Of course he couldn't explain why he couldn't follow orders, so he was misunderstood and got arrested. OR, he foresaw something that needed to be done to change an outcome, did it (when he shouldn't have), and it resulted in the arrest. That would also prompt his strong desire to redeem himself and get his honor back after he was released, due to being so misunderstood. Well, just thinkin' about Lost here on a Saturday.

Ciao

Wow! I can't believe this is only the 3rd post for Saturday, Dec. 2nd!

WOW! It's me again! :(

Anyone see SNL last night with Matthew Fox? Unfortunately, I still find SNL not as funny as it used to be. The only bright spot was the elevator sketch with Fox being recognized by various people in the elevator. They're all LOST fans and are commenting about what the show is is about. For a LOST fan it was pretty funny. I did relate to it and found it true to fan frustration. And the riders all had a theory. One guys says: "What I like about this elevator ride is stuff is actually happening! Unlike your show where stuff only pretends to happen." Then they all weigh in with their theories: The UPS guy says it's all Walt's imagination, the bike rider says it's purgatory, another guy says the island is on a toenail of a giant!

Yes - the new HP movie is coming out July 13th here in the states. The previews have been released and causing a stir in the HP fan world so to speak. Also, all the other movies are being pulled from the shelves in January. I suppose WB is going to release some special editions in the future.

I'll have to check out those books. Are they fantasy?

CattyGirl said...

On a side note... I watched SNL with 'Dr. Jack' and loved that elevator scene. :) The mountain man skit and chocolate lovers skit were pretty good too.

sorry that I am taking over the board right now, but I almost forgot - today is the day for Thrasher's wedding.

Congratulations!

I just read that when Lost returns in February, it's going to be on at 10pm. TPTB want to move it out of contention with American Idol.

Congrats to Thrasher on the tying the knot, hope it holds tight and doesn't fray to quickly... lol
Good luck man, you just lost your right to ever make a decision on your own again.

LOST at 10PM!!!!!!!???!?! OMG! WTF? ORLY?

Why would they move it to 10PM and not 8PM?

At 10PM it will be against CSI: NY and Medium.
At 8PM it would be against Jerico and Friday Night Lights.

Booo.

On the plus side, I have bowling on Wednesday nights, so I can't watch it until 12:00AM anyways (which is still be before the west coast sees it :)

Joseph Finchum said...

They don't want it running against Idol and I think the move is being made because The Nine is on it's way out, That show hurts to watch it is so bad sometimes.

cattygirl...

they're not fantasy like HP but they are based on real world events and are fictionally tied into Biblical prophecy. The Last Jihad focuses on the fall of Saddam Hussein but was written nearly two years before it actually happened. The Ezekiel Option has to do with Israel's economic and military rise. The Copper Scroll focuses on the Dead Sea Scrolls and ties them to the rebuilding of Solomon's Temple.

They have an Indiana Jones feel to them. They are great stories....

Thanks everybody for your thoughts and prayers. I've still got more chemo to do but I get a break until after the holidays.

hey all! happy Thrasher wedding day!

glad to see our little community is still holding it together.

Passafist, would I still need to dl Talkshoe even if using a cellphone? A live 'cast sounds great, and Friday the 29 is my birthday, can't get better than that, so I am game.

TLCM, said a prayer for you. I am so glad you came thru the last round in the hospital. hang in there, honey!

I am so loving Heroes, every episode I end up saying "you've got to be kidding me!" But let's not compare it to LOST as so many others are doing (not on this board). They are different paced, with Heroes designed to flow faster and throw much more at you all at once. Heroes is much more comic book-like.

Day break is also riveting, but again it's a different animal. I think it's harder to follow all the possible choices and their consequences, even Taye's character was writing a flowchart of sorts to figure out which actions to take each day...but I'm sure all will be made clear in a kind of "aha!" way. Eventually.

Ohmy. I did not intend to rant. Sorry!

Passafist said...

YOu need to download talkshoe to listen to the show! YOu can still call in but you won't be able to hear any of it until you dial in. It also offers IM chat for those who can't call in. So to get in you need Skype or a landline, and to listen you need to download talkshoe!!

CattyGirl said...

amused - your rant was amusing. ;)

Heroes is a great show! I'm so glad that is is fast paced. Too bad that we have to wait until January 22nd for it to continue. I was just looking at the comic book online for the first time.

Daybreak has been fun to watch, but I read that the future of the show is unknown since there is another show taking its time slot in January. (I read this on tv.com when I was looking for the article about Lost changing it's time)

Thanks for the info. on the books tlcm. I'll have to check them out at the book store.

funny story, kind of off topic -

I listen to a band called 'Senses Fail'. Their new CD has a song called 'All the best cowboys have daddy issues'. ha! A little shout out from the band to the show they love. I was reading the singer's online blog and he comments about downloading season 3 while he is on tour. ;)

I wouldn't say that the future is uncertain. The show was designed to be 13 episodes long. There is another show in its time spot in January, because the season will be over by then.

I think the only uncertainty would be if it is going to return for another season - the ratings haven't been very good. From what I have heard, if they wanted to do a Season 2, it would be a different day and/or person.

BTW, I really like this show. It's my favorite show right now.

Happy Mr. and Mrs. Thrasher Day!

Since we're all talking other shows: I'm enjoying "Heroes" a lot, and the fall finale was awesome...can't wait until Jan. 22! I'm not trying to speculate, discuss or otherwise dissect "Heroes" like we all do for "Lost". I'm just taking it one episode at a time as pure entertainment.

So "Lost" is going to 10PM. "American Idol" is a real threat at 9PM. "Daybreak" (which I can't get into) has not been doing good at all. "Lost" was usually in the Top Ten and "Daybreak" has been going downhill...this week I think it's 87th!

CattyGirl said...

Thanks Dennis. CNN says it may just be in a different time slot until it ends. I guess we'll see... I really didn't know that the show is 13 episodes... I wouldn't have guessed 87th either, thanks Maven.

I'm having a hard time getting into "Day Break" too. I mostly let it run on the TV while I'm doing something else until the LOST preview comes on, then I go to bed.

Is any one keeping track of the LOST previews? I wonder if we put them all together at the end of the hiatus, would we get a mini-episode....

Dennis said...

Here is the CNN article: http://www.cnn.com/2006/SHOWBIZ/TV/12/06/television.abc.reut/index.html

ABC's two-hour Wednesday comedy block will premiere January 3 with episodes of "According to Jim" running back to back from 8-9 p.m. ... Buzzworthy new heist comedy "The Knights of Prosperity," will air in the Wednesday 9 p.m. slot, followed by another new half-hour, "In Case of Emergency." [The new lineup] will have two weeks to establish itself before "Idol" arrives on the night with an 8-10 p.m. Wednesday premiere.

It sounds like they are starting the new "comedy block" before Day Break ends, so I guess it will have to move to 10:00. I don't think they can kill it or move it to a different night, if only because of the "Lost Moments" tie-in.

Unfortunately, Day Break is the kind of show that requires your full attention, and it makes much more sense if you start from the beginning.

I've been watching the "Lost Moments" previews so far, but they aren't very revealing. At about 15 seconds each, we'll only have about 3 minutes by February.

Thanks, Dennis! At least one of us keeps checking!

But Dennis you're such a techy guy (nice way of saying GEEK); surely you or passafist can do something with those clips just to make it interesting.

It would be something special for the last TLC podcast before LOST starts back up.

It's great to be back talking to you all. I have to go now. Tomorrow I have a PET scan; it's more sophisticated than a CT scan and it's suppose to give us a better idea of whether the chemo has been working or not. As far as I'm concerned if it's not making much difference, I'm all for changing medication considering what I just went through.

Anyway, I don't know if I'll be lurking tomorrow or not but I'll be back Friday for sure so talk it up TLC!!!

Dennis said...

tlcm, Sure. Remind me when they all come out, and I'll try to edit them all together. Good luck with PET scan.

I've been trying to edit the Jack Flashback clips in Premiere, but it has been going extremely poorly. No matter what I do, the audio is always out-of-sync. :( Now, the last clip I edited was over 10 minutes, which is too big for YouTube. :(

Is anyone else out there a video editing wizard?

Another excellent episode of Day Break!

62 more days until Lost!

Hi Guys,

Posted yesterday but Blogger ate my comments :(

TLCM great to see you back and hope the rest of the treatment goes well.

Hope Thrasher had a great wedding day - I guess he'll be off enjoying his honeymoon now.

Just an update for you, I have finished my Lost short story but am currently just tweaking it and polishing it up. So I'll be publishing it soon.

Well as I am in work early and meant to be doing overtime I guess I better get on with some actual work. See Y'all later...

CattyGirl said...

I thought the Lost moment during Day break was pretty shocking. Anyone besides Dennis and I see it?

Dennis - It was a good episode last night. Alot revealed and surprises throughout. Darn book was on Chad's front seat! I don't know what to make of that guy.

Chris Procter said...

Hi Cattygirl haven't seen either Daybreak or the Lost Moments yet. I think we get Daybreak over here sometime next year but it's on Bravo which is a pretty minor channel and so I'll probably miss it. I did try downloading it but it was taking so long I gave up, like the premise though so I might get it on DVD at some point.

maven said...

Hi, Cattygirl! Yes, I saw the Lost Moment. I did find it pretty interesting. Plus we got to see Sun for a split second! I'm just having Daybreak on until the Lost Moment comes on.

Joseph Finchum said...

Yes I too saw the LOST moment and indeed I was shocked by it. I also watch Daybreak for the Lost moment, but it has grown on me. It really isn't that bad a show. Well see y'all round

Hi All! Welcome back TLCM, so glad that you have a break from treatment to get some strength back and to enjoy the holidays!

Lately I have been breakiing my personal rule of not looking TOO much at spoilers and rumors, but I'm getting the Lost DTs and withdrawals, so I've been cheating a bit. Things look interesting, and TPTB have squeeked out some exciting hints and have said that we should trust them for the second part of S3 to make the first mini-portion worthwhile and all. Having said that, if S3 is as good as they say, and also makes the mini-season seem more satisfying, I will be the first to say I that was wrong and complained too soon about the mini-season without having faith in TPTB. There, I said it. :o) I don't feel yet like taking back my whining about the Bleeper Twins, but will happily do so, if TPTB make them seem even remotely interesting in the coming season. :-p

Looking forward to your story DA!

Lost Moment #4 didn't do much for me. Are these moments all supposed to be from the very next episode, or from several of the season's eps? Tx.

Hey everybody else- having as busy a holiday season as I am?! Capcom- thanks for the info on DarkUFO, I haven't seen any of the LOst moments so I will check that out.

Hey everyone. Been lurking for a while but I have to comment on the 10 pm time change. I think it sucks big time! Idol schmidol, as my dad would say.

Capcom... thanks for the reminder about DarkUFO and the Lost moments but doesn't Dennis usually post the link? I just use the phone number he gave us a while back and check it out on Thursday but it only has the most recent clip.

tlcm... hang in there! Hope the scan comes out OK.

Hello Everyone
I haven't posted since the the last show. I pop in and lurk from time to time. I know this topic is a little late but I find it ironic that I to am using the down time from Lost to re read Harry Potter and refresh my memory on it in prepatation for the Order of the Phoenix movie. My nine year old daughter and I watch the first 3 movies on ABC Family this week it's the first time she's seen Prisoner of Azkaban I won't let her watch Goblet of Fire yet. She's just started reading the books. TLCM I don't know you but you are a very brave lady, I wish you well hang in there.

CattyGirl said...

sayid's girl - Another HP fan. I was just loving the marathon that was on tv this past weekend. Funny that although I own the movies, I still feel compelled to watch them when they air on tv.

As for Day Break, I'm not sure I would watch it if it was going to be season upon season of the same day. Knowing that the show is only going to be one season, and a short one at that, makes it very enjoyable. I know that in a few weeks the puzzles will all be answered and hopefully he will wake up to a new day.

I was re-posting the AMEX clips on YouTube, but TPTB found out and had them taken down, so I stopped putting them up. It wasn't a big deal because you could see all the old clips at the AMEX site, but now you can't - you can only see the last clip :(

For those who haven't see the last clip, you can log to The Lost Moments page with any name and use 888-258-3741 as the phone number to log in. (Actually, there is no login required right now...)
